Los Blancos are determined to write the history of the Champions League by winning it for the 3rd time in a row. However, Bayern Munich are looking to ruin their plans. Which team is gonna advance to the final? We’ll find out this Tuesday evening, but before that, you can read more about the game in this Real Madrid vs. Bayern Munich preview!
Real Madrid
After beating Bayern in Munich, Real Madrid are only a step away from reaching the final. They have a comfortable 2:1 lead from the first match, which means that Bayern would have to beat them at least 2:0 in order to advance. Real Madrid not scoring on their own ground is not something that happens too often.
In fact, Real Madrid have scored at least a goal in each game they played at the Santiago Bernabeu since the 13th of January. And when it comes to their home stats in the Champions League, Real Madrid have scored in every game since April 2011.
Another reason why Los Blancos are likely to score on Tuesday evening is that they’ve been playing very well lately. Their best player, Cristiano Ronaldo has been playing phenomenally in the last couple of week. He’s managed to get to the second place on the top scorers’ list of La Liga, while he’s by far the most prolific goal scorer in the Champions League.
Of course, Ronaldo isn’t the only player in Real Madrid who’s been playing great. Unfortunately for Los Blancos, Isco, who’s also been playing superbly in 2018, got himself injured and will miss the game. However, players like Kroos, Lucas Vázquez, Modric, and others, are ready to demonstrate their quality.
Bayern Munich
One of the reasons why Bayern lost the match in Germany was that they had serious problems with injuries. In fact, the manager had to make two substitutes in the first 45 minutes. Arjen Robben got injured in the 8th minute, while Jerome Boateng limped off the pitch less than half an hour later.
Both of these players are gonna miss the duel in Madrid, together with Vidal, Coman, and Neuer, three super-important players. Still, this doesn’t mean that Bayern don’t have the players who can cause an upset at the Bernabeu. One of those is Lewandowski, the striker who has scored 28 goals in 28 games in Bundesliga.
Another threat to Real Madrid defense is Joshua Kimmich, the right back who scored the goal against Real in the previous match. There’s also James Rodriguez in Bayern’s midfield, together with Thomas Muller and Frank Ribery. All of these players seem more than capable of ruining the plans of Los Blancos.

Real Madrid vs. Bayern Munich Match Prediction
We’ve seen some crazy games this season in the Champions League, so don’t be too much surprised if Bayern manage to get to the final. Of course, this doesn’t mean that betting on Bayern Munich to advance is one of my betting tips. On the contrary, my advice is to stay away from betting on that and similar markets. Instead, go with goals.
We’re guaranteed to see lots of goals in this game, especially if Bayern manage to score one or two early on. Both teams to score also seems like a good Real Madrid vs. Bayern Munich betting tip.
